Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act
2002, an order was made in the Hamilton District Court
on 14 February 2007, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicle:

1997 Toyota saloon, Registration No. DFL486.

Against: Jessie Vercoe.

Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should
contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 957 7700) as the
Registrar may sell the vehicle.

This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations

Telecommunications Act 2001

Draft Decision—ihug Limited and Callplus Limited
Applications for Reconsideration

On 11 December 2006 and 13 December 2006, ihug Limited
(“ihug”) and Callplus Limited (“Callplus”), respectively,
each filed an application with the Commerce Commission
(“the Commission”) for reconsideration of Decision 582,
under section 59 of the Telecommunications Act 2001
(“the Act”).

On 22 December 2006, the Commission decided that it
would reconsider Decision 582 and that it would consider
the applications together.

Decision 582 was issued on 22 June 2006 and relates to the
designated access service of “access to and interconnection
with Telecom’s fixed PDN”.

The parties to the determination were Telecom New Zealand
Limited (“Telecom”), ihug and Callplus.

The Commission gives public notice that it has issued a
draft decision for these applications.

The Commission seeks submissions on the draft decision by
5.00pm on 7 March 2007.

under the Telecommunications Regulation section.

Environmental Risk Management Authority

Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996

Notice of Approval of Code of Practice

Pursuant to section 79(5) of the Hazardous Substances
and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environmental Risk
Management Authority advises that it has approved a Code
of Practice for Design and Construction of Above Ground
Non-Metallic Stationary Tanks to ULC-ORD-C80.1-2000.

This code is intended to provide a means of compliance with
the regulatory requirements of clauses 8(2) and 77(b)(i) of the
Hazardous Substances (Dangerous Goods and Scheduled
Toxic Substances) Transfer Notice 2004.

This code can be inspected at the Wellington office of
ERMA New Zealand, Level 1, BP House, 20 Customhouse
Quay, Wellington, or the Dunedin office of Greentank
Limited, 6 Donald Street, Kaikorai Valley, Dunedin.
