Amendment to a Notice Changing the Name of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the
Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation,
amends an error in the notice changing the name of a reserve
to Mangawhai Government Purpose (Wildlife Refuge)
Reserve, dated the 14th day of August 2007 and published
in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 August 2007, No. 91, page
2406, by omitting from the Schedule

“DP 71892”

and inserting in its place

“DP 71829”.
