Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of that part of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserve and Declaration That a Reserve be Part of the Boundary Stream Scenic Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act, and declares that it form part of the Boundary Stream Scenic Reserve.

Land Declared to be Reserve

Pursuant to section 14(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be local purpose (environmental and landscape protection) reserve to be held and administered for the purposes and in the manner specified in section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977.
