As from 7 December 2007, the partnership of Jason Paul La Hood and Michael Egbert Van Aart (trading as La Hood Van Aart Law, 1st Floor, Radio Otago House, 248 Cumberland Street, Dunedin) was dissolved due to the retirement of Jason Paul La Hood from the practice.

Jason Paul La Hood will continue to act as a consultant to La Hood Van Aart Law.

Cashbuild Property No. 1 Limited (struck off and in liquidation)

Notice to Shareholders

A surplus in the liquidation of Cashbuild Property No. 1 Limited (“Cashbuild”) of approximately $1.40 per share is available for distribution to shareholders.

Cashbuild was a Wellington-based investment company associated with Richard Clarke, James Quirk and Mervyn Quirk.

Persons beneficially entitled to a shareholding in Cashbuild must contact the liquidator with proof of their entitlement within one calendar month from the publication of this notice.

On completion of the liquidation, any surplus not apportioned to shareholders will be paid to the Crown liquidation surplus account pursuant to section 316 of the Companies Act 1993.
