Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for a State
Primary School—Peakes Road, Wanganui

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand,
hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of July
2006, acquiring land for a State Primary School, published
in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 August 2006, No. 95, page
2820, by:

1. Inserting in the heading to the recital after the word
   "School" the words "Subject to Easements".

2. Deleting the recital and the Schedule and substituting the
   following recital and Schedules:

   "Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
   and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
   Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

   (a) Declares that, an agreement to that effect having
   been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule
   to this notice is hereby acquired for a State primary school
   and shall vest in Her Majesty The Queen on the date of
   publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette; and

   (b) Declares the land described in the First Schedule
   to this notice is subject to easement rights to convey
   water, gas, electric power, telecommunications, sewage
   and stormwater over that part marked 'A' on SO 366732 in
   favour of the land in the Second Schedule hereto, on terms
   and conditions as set out in Schedule 4 of the Land Transfer
   Regulations 2002.
