Notification of Draft TSO Cost Calculation
Determination for TSO Instrument for
Telecommunications Relay Services for the Period
Between 1 July 2006 and 30 June 2007
On 26 October 2007, the Commerce Commission,
pursuant to section 92(a) of the Telecommunications Act
2001 (“the Act”), prepared a draft TSO cost calculation
determination of the matters set out in section 93A of
the Act for the TSO instrument for telecommunications
relay services for the hearing impaired, for the period
between 1 July 2006 and 30 June 2007.
Pursuant to section 92(b) of the Act, the Commission gives
public notice of its draft determination.
A copy of the draft determination is available on the
Commission’s website at

The Commission gives public notice that the closing date for
submissions on its draft determination is 26 November 2007.

Appointments/reappointment to the Drug Free Sport New Zealand Board
Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004,
I appoint
Dr Stewart Walsh, of Auckland
Dr Lesley Rumball, of Auckland
as members of the Drug Free Sport New Zealand Board for
a term of office from 1 October 2007 to 30 June 2010; and
reappoint
Michael Heron, of Auckland
as a member of the Drug Free Sport New Zealand Board for
a term of office from 1 December 2007 to 30 June 2010.

Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003 (Rule 54001)
Transit New Zealand Act 1989
Amendments to Transit New Zealand Bylaw 2005/7*
Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways
Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Transit New Zealand Act
1989, and clause 2.6 of the Land Transport Rule: Setting of
Speed Limits 2003 (Rule 54001), Transit New Zealand
hereby amends the following bylaw.
Amendments
-
These amendments shall come into force 28 days after
publication in the New Zealand Gazette. -
The Transit New Zealand (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles
on State Highways) Bylaw 2005/7* is hereby amended by:
(a) Replacing line 233 in Schedule 3 to read:
“Transit NZ Region: 3
SH No.: 39
Locality: Te Kowhai
From (RP): 0/9.02 To (RP): 0/9.26
Distance from nearest Road/Feature:
From 220m north of Te Kowhai Road to 30m south
of Te Kowhai Road.
Speed Restriction (km/h): 50
