Road Realignment—Pauri Domain Road,
Wanganui District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in
the Wanganui District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portions of road adjoining or passing through the land
described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped
and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with
the land in Computer Freehold Register WN48C/767;

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to
this notice to be taken, pursuant to section 119, and shall be
amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register
WN48C/767
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.

Amending a Notice Stopping Road—Mt Biggs Road and Beattie Street, Halcombe, Manawatu

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby
amends the notice dated the 20th day of September 2007,
Road to be Stopped, published in the New Zealand Gazette,
27 September 2007, No. 106, page 2828, by deleting in the
fourth paragraph the word

“Canterbury”

and substituting the word

“Wellington”.

Reserves Act 1977

Classification of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator, West
Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation,
classifies the reserve described in the First Schedule
as a local purpose (public utility) reserve and further
describes the reserve described in the Second Schedule as
a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Authorisation of Exchange of Part Raurimu Scenic Reserve for Other Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the
Tongariro Taupo Conservancy of the Department of
Conservation authorises the exchange of that part of the
scenic reserve described in the First Schedule for the land
described in the Second Schedule.
