Land Transfer Act / Joint Family Homes Act Notices

Notice Pursuant to Section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952

The applicant described below has applied under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 for the removal of right of way. The applicant claims the right of way is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the right of way on 15 October 2007 if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicant: Beljim Investments Limited, c/o Jones Law, PO Box 25230, Wellington.
Easement: DP 9304 to the north of the subject land and the subdivision shown on DP 25172 and SO 25286 which show Lane Street providing original dominant tenement with legal frontage to public road.
Circumstances: The easement no longer serves the dominant tenement.
