Commodity Levies (Maize) Order 2006

Foundation for Arable Research Incorporated

Pursuant to clause 4 of the Commodity Levies (Maize)
Order 2006, a levy has been imposed on maize grown in
New Zealand for grain, seed or forage, and shall be payable
by all maize growers.

In accordance with clause 10 (1) of the order, the Foundation
for Arable Research Incorporated has determined the rate of
the levy from 1 September 2006 to the year ending 30 June
2007 to be:

$0.90 per 10,000 seeds purchased.
