Declaring Land to be Held as a Reserve, Classified as Scenic Reserve and Added to the Lower Buller Gorge Scenic Reserve
Under section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Conservation declares that the area of land described in the Schedule hereto is held as a reserve under the said Act, classified as a scenic reserve and added to the Lower Buller Gorge Scenic Reserve.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a papakāinga for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Ngāti Huri.
