Road Realignment—State Highway No. 2, Old Main Road, Dannevirke, Tararua District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Charles William Le Breton, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 2 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBJ4/1241, subject to mortgage 5142274.3, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBM2/290, subject to mortgage 6224400.11, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 (3) (b) and 120 (3), declares the portion of stopped road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBJ4/1241, subject to mortgage 5142274.3, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
