Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Charles William Le Breton, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for education purposes and to remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Torere Road, Rangitikei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Charles William Le Breton, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Rangitikei District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) the land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN36A/220, subject to mortgage B711549.5; and

(ii) the land secondly, thirdly and fourthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN571/232, subject to mortgage 443110.2.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Third Schedule is taken as severance and shall be incorporated into Computer Freehold Register WN571/232, subject to mortgage 443110.2 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
