Notice of Limit of Number of Girls That May be Enrolled at Tauranga Boys’ College (121)

Pursuant to section 146A of the Education Act 1989, I hereby give notice that Tauranga Boys’ College may enrol up to 20 girl students.

Notice is further given that this approval to enrol girl students at Tauranga Boys’ College is limited to the school years 2006 to 2008 and will expire at midnight on 31 December 2008.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.

Establishment of a Board of Trustees for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Waiu o Ngati Porou (1673), a Board of Trustees for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Mangatuna (2600) and a Board of Trustees for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Waipiro (2724)

Pursuant to sections 112 and 114 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby declare that the Combined Board of Trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Waiu o Ngati Porou, Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Mangatuna and Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Waipiro will be split and that a Board of Trustees for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Waiu o Ngati Porou, a Board of Trustees for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Mangatuna and a Board of Trustees for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Waipiro will be established with effect from 30 March 2007.

I further declare that the residual employer of the employees of the combined board of trustees will be the Board of Trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Waiu o Ngati Porou.
