State Highway No. 18, Hobsonville, Auckland

Notice is hereby given that the Crown, under the provisions
of section 23 of the Public Works Act 1981, proposes to
take from the land described in the First Schedule the two
undivided one-seventh shares in the fee simple of the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto (“the land”).
The land described in the Schedules to this notice is required
for road and will, once taken, form part of State Highway
No. 18.
The intended taking is considered necessary to alleviate
traffic congestion in the Auckland area.

to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Charles William Le Breton, Land Information New Zealand,
declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice
to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit
New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road
and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares
that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby
acquired for waterworks and shall vest in the Rodney
District Council on the date of publication of this notice in
the New Zealand Gazette.
