Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the North Shore City Council authorises the exchange of the reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Setting Apart General Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the general land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupā, to be known as Elliot Ness Reserve for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Lillian Grace Elliot.
