Classification of a Reserve, and Appointment of the Ruapehu District Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve, and appoints the Ruapehu District Council to control and manage the reserve for the purposes of its classification.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations/Technical Support Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council by way of offer to the former owners for the purposes of fulfilling the council’s intention of returning the land to the former owners.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Tongariro Taupo Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a local purpose (plantation) reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Taupo District Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from a sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
