Classification of Reserves—Hamilton City
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby gives notice that:
(a) the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto is classified for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act; and
(b) the reserves described in the Second Schedule hereto are classified local purpose (esplanade), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification of Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose reserve for community cultural purposes, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve described in the Schedule with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Queenstown Lakes District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies that part of the reserve described in the First Schedule as a recreation reserve and further, classifies that part of the reserve described in the Second Schedule as a local purpose reserve (transfer/landfill) and further, classifies that part of the reserve described in the Third Schedule as a local purpose reserve (buffer zone), subject to the provisions of the Act.
