Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Revocation of Approval of Central Electric Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2006.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Revocation of approval as requiring authority—The approval of Central Electric Limited as a requiring authority for its network utility operation of the supply of line function services* is hereby revoked on the basis that Central Electric Limited is no longer a network utility operator.

The Resource Management (Revocation of Approval of Nelson Regional Airport Authority as Requiring Authority) Notice 2006

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Revocation of Approval of Nelson Regional Airport Authority as Requiring Authority) Notice 2006.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Revocation of approval as requiring authority—The approval of Nelson Regional Airport Authority as a requiring authority for the project consisting of all land covered by the Nelson Airport designation in the Nelson City Council district plan that was operative in June 1995* is hereby revoked on the basis that Nelson Regional Airport Authority is no longer a network utility operator.
