The Resource Management (Revocation of Approval of Cyberstar of New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2006

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Revocation of Approval of Cyberstar of New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2006.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Revocation of approval as requiring authority—The approval of Cyberstar of New Zealand Limited as a requiring authority for its network utility operation of the operation, maintenance and development of a system comprising telecommunication links to permit telecommunication* is hereby revoked on the basis that Cyberstar of New Zealand Limited is no longer a network utility operator.

The Resource Management (Revocation of Approval of Rotorua Electricity as Requiring Authority) Notice 2006

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Revocation of Approval of Rotorua Electricity as Requiring Authority) Notice 2006.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Revocation of approval as requiring authority—The approval of Rotorua Electricity as a requiring authority for the operation, maintenance and improvement of the Waikite Valley Road substation and the Te Ngae Road substation in Rotorua* is hereby revoked on the basis that Rotorua Electricity is no longer a network utility operator.

Revocation of approval as requiring authority—The approval of Rotorua Area Electricity Authority as a requiring authority for its network utility operator of the supply of line function services* is hereby revoked on the basis that Rotorua Area Electricity Authority is no longer a network utility operator.

Revocation of approval as requiring authority—The approval of Waitemata Electric Power Board as a requiring authority for its network utility operation of the supply of line function services* is hereby revoked on the basis that Waitemata Electric Power Board is no longer a network utility operator.
