Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies on the 11th day of April 2006 at 1.00 p.m., appointed Brian Mayo-Smith and Robert John Knox, chartered accountants of Auckland, as joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies.

Certificates of solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, have been completed by the directors.
