Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 24 of the
Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and section 241 (2) (a) of
the Companies Act 1993, Ewan Richard Gardiner, chartered
accountant, of Gardiner Knobloch Limited, was appointed
liquidator of Hawkes Bay Model A Club Incorporated.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of March 2006
at 4.00 p.m.

The liquidation is voluntary and is to be carried out as the
incorporated society has ceased trading, paid all its debts
and a solvency certificate has been completed.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 8th
day of May 2006, as the date on or before which the
creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims
