Māori Freehold Land Included in a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby included in a Māori reservation over Waiohiki No. 2, which was set apart by the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 August 1998, No. 120, page 2905, for the purpose of a meeting place and marae, for the common use and benefit of the Ngāti Parau hapū of the Ngāti Kahungunu tribe.
