Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,

I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 November 2003, which was granted under those Regulations to Pirihira August in respect of Ki Rangatira Te Kohanga Reo (55265) (08D037), situated at Matahiwi Marae, 376 Lawn Road, Clive, Hawke’s Bay.

This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (ii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,

Fisheries (Appointment of Commercial Fisheries Services Limited as Place for Receipt of Fish Farmer Applications and Lodgement of Aquaculture Agreements) Notice 2006

Pursuant to section 295 (1) (c) of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries, gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title—This notice is the Fisheries (Appointment of Commercial Fisheries Services Limited as Place for Receipt of Fish Farmer Applications and Lodgement of Aquaculture Agreements) Notice 2006.

2. Commencement—This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

3. Interpretation—In this notice:
   Act means the Fisheries Act 1996.
   FishServe means Commercial Fisheries Services Limited.

4. Place where fish farmer applications and aquaculture agreements must be provided, lodged or received—
   The place for the provision, lodgement or receipt of:
   (a) applications for fish farmers, under sections 186R, 186W and 186Y of the Act; and
   (b) aquaculture agreements, under section 186ZF of the Act is FishServe located at Feltex House, Level Four, 156-158 Victoria Street, Wellington.
   The postal address is P.O. Box 297, Wellington.
