Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, all
of the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation to be included with
the existing Māori reservation over Tapapanui B4A1 Block
that was set aside in the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 September 1951, No. 75, page 1396, for the
common use of the Ngaitawake, Ngatitautahi, Ngatirehia,
Te Whiu, Te Uri Taniwha, Ngatihineira, Whanautara,
Ngatikorohue, Ngati Kiripakapaka and Te Mounga tribes for
the purpose of a marae known as Tauwhara Marae.

Setting Apart General Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act
1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the
general land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set
apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a place of
cultural, historical and spiritual interest for the common use
and benefit of the members of the Ngāti Hou subtribe of the
Nga Rauru tribe.
