Road Realignment—Waiarikiki Mimihau Road, Southland District

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Southland District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Tokanui-Gorge Road Highway, Southland District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Southland District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, when stopped:

(i) The land firstly and fifthly described be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SLB2/785, subject to existing encumbrances.

(ii) The land secondly and fourthly described be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SL190/121, subject to existing encumbrances.

(iii) The land thirdly described be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SL11A/746, subject to existing encumbrances.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and, when taken:

(i) The land firstly and secondly described be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SL190/121, subject to existing encumbrances.

(ii) The land thirdly, fourthly and fifthly described be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register B2/785, subject to existing encumbrances.

(iii) The land sixthly described be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SL11A/746, subject to existing encumbrances.

(iv) The land seventhly and eighthly described be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SL9A/976, subject to existing encumbrances.
