I, Terence Charles Webb Bastion, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of Square Investments Limited (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on the 21st day of February 2006 at 2.15 p.m.

Prior to my appointment, the directors of the company resolved that the company would, upon the appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its debts.
