Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993

On the 17th day of February 2006 at 10.00 a.m., it was
resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant
to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that
Capital Enterprises Limited be put into liquidation and
Roland Lawrence Sarten, chartered accountant of Wellington,
be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of February
2006.

A certificate, pursuant to section 243 (9) of the Companies
Act 1993, was signed by the directors on the 16th day of
February 2006, certifying that in their opinion the company
would, on the appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its
debts.

The reason for their opinion is that the company has more
assets than liabilities.
