The New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 2006

Pursuant to section 10 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, the Land Information and Strategy Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 2006.

(2) This notice shall come into force on 1 January 2007.

  1. Fees for documents—The fees for which the New Zealand Railways Corporation (“NZRC”) may charge for the preparation of the documents specified in section 118 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation 1981 shall be those prescribed in the Schedule to this notice.

  2. Fees—All fees quoted are exclusive of GST.

  3. Revocation—The New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 June 1997, No. 16, page 1396, is hereby revoked.
