A Proclamation

Pursuant to section 320 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act
1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made
by the Māori Land Court to the Minister of Transport,
I, The Honourable Anand Satyanand, Governor-General of
New Zealand, declare that:

(a) The land described in the Schedule hereto shall be
road; and

(b) The roadway declared road in Wellington Land
District Proclamation (with respect to part Manawatu-
Kukutauaki No. 3) which was made on 28 September 1999
and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 October
1999, No. 150, page 3601, is revoked.\n

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage
a Reserve, and Vesting of the Reserve in the
Dunedin City Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of
Conservation revokes the appointment of the Dunedin City
Council to control and manage the Long Beach Recreation
Reserve described in the Schedule and vests the reserve in
the Dunedin City Council in trust for a recreation reserve
subject to the provisions of the Act.
