Declaration That Land is to be Reserve—

Rotorua District

Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rotorua
District Council resolved on 6 November 2006 that the piece
of land held by the said council in fee simple and described
in the Schedule to this notice be and is declared to be
recreation reserve (Kaharoa Domain) within the meaning of
the said Act.

South Auckland Land District—Rotorua District

Schedule

2.9680 hectares, being Block V, Lot 1, DP S83189 (all
Computer Freehold Register SA66A/582).

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the

Queenstown Lakes District Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the
Schedule as a recreation reserve and vests the reserve in
the Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for that
purpose.

Recommendation That Land be Set Apart as a

Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act
1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the
Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose
of an urupā, known as the Rohepotae Urupā for the
beneficial owners of Mohaka B2 and Mohaka B3 and their
descendants.
