The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Koputaroa School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 December 2003, No. 173, page 4765) is hereby revoked under section 78M (7) of the Education Act 1989.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of its publication.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Rudolf Steiner School, Dunedin.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 7 February 2006.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the local office of the Ministry of Education, John Wickliffe House, Princess Street, Dunedin.
