Authorisation to Exchange Reserve Land for Other Land

Pursuant to section 15 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Rodney District Council hereby authorises the exchange of land described in the First Schedule hereto, being a portion of Ferndale Avenue Recreation Reserve, Leigh, for land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
