Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the
Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described
in the Schedule as a recreation reserve and further, declares
the said reserve to form part of the Kaiteriteri Recreation
Reserve to be administered as a recreation reserve by the
Kaiteriteri Recreation Reserve Board.
