Notice Stating Where Material Proposed to be
Incorporated by Reference into Building Code
Clause A2 (Definitions) is Available for Inspection
and Purchase

Pursuant to section 409 (2) (d) of the Building Act 2004,
I give notice that the following material is proposed to
be incorporated by reference into Building Code Clause
A2 (Definitions) of the First Schedule of the Building
Regulations 1992:

Temperature normals for New Zealand for the period
1961 to 1990 (National Institute of Water and
Atmospheric Research publication authored by
A. I. Tomlinson and John Sansom, ISBN 0478083343).

Copies of the material proposed to be incorporated by
reference are, until 22 December 2006, available for
inspection free of charge at the national office of
the Department of Building and Housing, Level Six,
86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours
of 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

The material may also be purchased by submitting a
purchase request to the National Institute of Water and
