Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999

Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999,
notice is given of the issue on 9 November 2006 of the
Animal Products (Dairy Recognised Agency and Recognised
Persons Specifications) Amendment Notice 2006, which
comes into force on 13 November 2006.

Copies of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the
office of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South
Tower, 68-86 Jervois Quay (P.O. Box 2835), Wellington.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Building Act 2004 (“the Act”)
I give notice that Acceptable Solution G12/AS2 of
Compliance Document G12 is proposed to be issued.

The Statement of Proposal is available from the national
office of the Department of Building and Housing,
Level Six, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between
the hours of 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
