Customs and Excise Act 1996
Customs (Inward Report) Amendment Rules 2006 (CR 1A/2006)
Pursuant to sections 288 (1) (a) and (12) of the Customs and Excise Act 1996, the chief executive hereby makes the following amendments to the Customs (Inward Report) Rules 2004.
- Title and application—(1) These rules are the Customs (Inward Report) Amendment Rules 2006.
(2) In these rules, the Customs (Inward Report) Rules 2004* are called "the principal rules".

Commencement—These rules come into force on 18 December 2006.

Revocation of Form C1 and substitution of new Form C1—The Schedule to the principal rules is hereby amended by revoking Form C1 and substituting Form C1 as set out in the Schedule to these rules.

Rules to continue in force—Except to the extent amended by these rules, the principal rules shall remain in force.

Status of rules—These rules are regulations for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.
