Change of Classification of Parts of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of those parts of the reserve described in the Schedule from a historic reserve to a local purpose (art gallery) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Declaration That Land is Reserve—Gisborne District

Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Gisborne District Council resolved on 21 September 2006, to declare the parcels of land held by council as fee simple and described in the Schedule to this notice to be declared recreation reserve.

Change of Name of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the Rocky Point Scenic Reserve described in the Schedule is to be known as the Rocky Point/Tauotikirangi Scenic Reserve.
