Vesting Reserves in the Wellington Regional Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation vests the reserves described in the Schedule in the Wellington Regional Council in trust for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the reserves.
The vesting is subject to the Crown reserving the right to cancel the vesting of the reserves in whole or in part, if or when the reserves are required for Treaty of Waitangi settlement purposes.

Classification of Reserve, and Appointment of the Nelson Rowing Club Incorporated to Control and Manage a Recreation Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve and further appoints the Nelson Rowing Club Incorporated to control and manage the reserve for recreation purposes.
