Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act
2002, an order was made in the Christchurch District Court
on 11 October 2006, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicle:

1991 Honda Prelude, Registration No. CNG47.

Against: Christopher Luke Noonan.

Notice Identifying Allowances to Which Section 307AB of the Education Act 1989 Applies and Declaring Allowances and Agreements Bonded Scholarships

1. Pursuant to section 307AB of the Education Act 1989, the Minister for Social Development and Employment gives notice that the following allowances are identified as allowances to which that section applies:

   Ministry of Social Development (StudyLink) administered allowances

   • Step Up Scholarships
   • Bonded Merit Scholarships

   Ministry of Social Development (Family and Community Services) administered allowances

   • Non-Governmental Organisation Social Work Study Awards

   New Zealand Qualifications Authority administered allowances

   • Single Subject Awards
   • Top Subject Scholar Awards
   • Scholarship Awards
   • Outstanding Scholar Awards
   • Premier Awards

2. Pursuant to section 307AC of the Education Act 1989, the Minister for Social Development and Employment declares that the following allowances identified in clause 1, and agreements, are bonded scholarships:

   Ministry of Social Development (StudyLink) administered allowances

   • Step Up Scholarships
   • Bonded Merit Scholarships

   Ministry of Education administered agreements

   • Agreements entered into under section 139E of the Education Act 1989 (otherwise known as TeachNZ Scholarships).
