"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Secs 1-2 Blk III Sec 1 Blk L Wanaka Town (407 square metres more or less) shall henceforth be known as Bridgeman Green".

"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 66 DP 319218 (0.0005 hectares more or less) shall henceforth be known as Frye Crescent Segregation Reserve".

"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 64 DP 319218 (0.0097 hectares more or less) shall henceforth be known as Ash Walkway".

"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 65 DP 319218 (0.0011 hectares more or less) shall henceforth be known as Ash Ave Segregation Reserve".

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as reserves for off-street parking described in the Schedule with effect that the land remains vested in the Hamilton City Council freed from its trust.
