(a) by inserting in the heading the words

(b) by inserting in the heading the words

after the word

(c) by inserting in the illustration the words

- Part 1 of Schedule 2—Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the
principal notice is amended by omitting from the column
headed "Dressed":
(a) in respect of the item relating to orange roughy (ORH),
the expression
"2.10"
and substituting the expression
"2.05";
(b) in respect of the item relating to silver warehou (SWA),
the expression
"1.70"
and substituting the expression
"1.65".
- Part 2 of Schedule 2—Part 2 of Schedule 2 is amended
by omitting from 28. the word
"or"
and substituting the word
"and".

Explanatory Note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate
its general effect.
This notice, which comes into force on 1 October 2006,
amends the Fisheries (Conversion Factors) Notice 2005.
The Notice makes the following changes:
(a) The interpretation of the landed state of dressed is
amended to specify that the tail may or may not be
removed;
(b) The interpretation of the landed state of skin-on trimmed
fillets relating to hoki is amended to specify that the
pleural ribs may be removed by trimming;
(c) Correction to the reference to skates and rays.
(d) The conversion factor for orange roughy dressed is
decreased from 2.10 to 2.05;
(e) The conversion factor for silver warehou dressed is
decreased from 1.70 to 1.65;

Act 2001
Designation of Auditing Agency
Pursuant to section 32 of the Health and Disability Services
(Safety) Act 2001 ("the Act"), the Director-General of
Health designates Verification New Zealand Limited
("the auditing agency") to audit the provision or likely
future provision of the following kinds of health care
services:
- Hospital Care (as defined in section 4 (1) of the Act)
- Rest Home Care (as defined in section 6 (2) of the Act)
- Residential Disability Care (as defined in section 4 (1) of
the Act)
This designation is subject to the following conditions:
- The auditing agency must ensure that where it audits the
provision of health care services for people with physical
or sensory disabilities, intellectual disabilities, psychiatric
disabilities or mental illnesses, the auditing agency
observes the following:

For audits involving services for people with physical
or sensory disabilities, a person with a pronounced
physical or sensory disability must fully participate in
all aspects of the audit. -
For audits involving services for people with
intellectual disabilities, a person with an intellectual
disability (accompanied by a support person where
necessary), or a close family or whānau member of a
person with an intellectual disability, must participate
in all aspects of the audit. -
For people with psychiatric disabilities or mental
illnesses, a past or present consumer of mental health
services must fully participate in all aspects of the
audit.

The auditing agency is required to conduct annual health
and disability focused audits, together with a compliance
audit against the requirements of the Health and
Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001.\n -
The auditing agency is required to conduct annual health
and disability services sector focused management
reviews. -
The auditing agency is required to provide written details
of its internal appeals process to all clients.
This notice, which expires on 30 March 2007, revokes in its
entirety the notice that designated Verification New Zealand
Limited pursuant to section 32 of the Health and Disability
Services (Safety) Act 2001, published in the New Zealand
Gazette, 8 April 2004, No. 41, page 1022.
