Charitable Trusts Act Notices

Notice of Application for Approval of a Scheme
Pursuant to Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

Take notice that on Tuesday, the 7th day of November 2006 at 10.00 a.m., the New Zealand Federation of Graduate Women Charitable Trust ("the new trust"), the New Zealand Federation of University Women Fellowship Trust Board ("the fellowship fund") and the trustees of the Mildred Keir Trust ("the MK trust") will apply to the High Court at Wellington for an order approving a scheme, under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, to amalgamate the fellowship fund and the MK trust with the new trust.

A copy of the proposed scheme, originating application, supporting affidavit and report of the Attorney-General may be inspected at 6 View Road, Houghton Bay, Wellington (telephone (04) 387 7011 for an appointment).

Any person wishing to oppose the scheme must give written notice of his or her intention to do so not less than seven clear days prior to the hearing to:
