Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101 (2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of PSB Retail Limited (a company that was deregistered on 14 July 2006):

The sum of $3,177.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has been lodged by Peter Stewart Barton, the sole shareholder of PSB Retail Limited.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to Peter Stewart Barton subject to no notice of a claim being received on or prior to 12 October 2006.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, P.O. Box 13-245, Tauranga (Attention: Ken Southam) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

to be a member of the New Zealand Artificial Limb Board for a period of two years commencing on 4 September 2006; and

Jenny Thompson, of Lower Hutt

to be a member of the New Zealand Artificial Limb Board for a period of three years commencing on 4 September 2006.
