declares that the land vested in the council and

or less) shall henceforth be known as Scheib Park".

"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act
1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby
declares that the land vested in the council and
described as Lots 3-4 DP 26719 (0.4342 hectares, more
or less) shall henceforth be known as Hillock Park".

"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act
1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby
declares that the land vested in the council and
described as Lot 200 DP 307429 (0.1791 hectares, more
or less) shall henceforth be known as De La Mare
Park".

"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act
1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby
declares that the land vested in the council and
described as Sec 40 Block 1 Upper Wakatipu SD
Gravel Reserve (0.5716 hectares, more or less) shall
henceforth be known as Puahiri Park".

"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act
1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby
declares that the land vested in the council and
described as Lot 14 DP 330876 (0.4309 hectares, more
or less) shall henceforth be known as Lachlan Ave
Walkway".

"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves
Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council
hereby declares that the land vested in the council and
described as Lots 606-608 DP 27577 Lots 609-612
DP 27773 Lot 613 DP 301681 Lot 13 DP 322851 Lot
614 DP 328960 (2.6724 hectares, more or less) shall
henceforth be known as McTaggart Park".

"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act
1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby
declares that the land vested in the council and
described as Lots 3 & 17 DP 312351 (0.0121 hectares,
more or less) shall henceforth be known as Wicklow
Terrace Walkway".

"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act
1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby
declares that the land vested in the council and
described as Lot 51 DP 338763 (0.0078 hectares, more
or less) shall henceforth be known as Boyd Walkway".

"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act
1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby
declares that the land vested in the council and
described as Section 1 Block IX Queenstown Tn
(0.0339 hectares, more or less) shall henceforth be
known as Brian Smith Park".
