Authorisation of the Exchange of Reserves for Other Land
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of the recreation reserves described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Chief Executive for the Napier City Council hereby notifies that on 9 August 2006, the Napier City Council, acting pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, passed the following resolution:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Napier City Council resolves that the land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and is hereby declared to be, a Recreation Reserve within the meaning of the said Act."

Naming of Reserves—Queenstown Lakes District
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby gives notice that resolutions to the following effect were passed by council on 25 August 2006:
"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lots 1-2 DP 20808 Lots 1-2 DP 22790 (14.8913 hectares, more or less) shall henceforth be known as Matakauri Park".
"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 1 DP 7458 Lot 44 DP 339994 Lot 64 DP 319218 (0.9004 hectares, more or less) shall henceforth be known as McMurdo Park".
"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 301 DP 338585 (0.3577 hectares, more or less) shall henceforth be known as Murdoch Park".
"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Sec 4 SO 308528 (0.0771 hectares, more or less) shall henceforth be known as Macalister Park".
"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 200 DP 27472 Lots 201 202 DP 27482 Lot 203 DP 300099 Lot 204 DP 300296 (1.6514 hectares, more or less) shall henceforth be known as Gretton Park".
"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Legal Description Lot 187 DP 6712 Lot 158 DP 11115 (3.1567 hectares, more or less) shall henceforth be known as Peter Fraser Park".
"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Legal Description Lot 30 DP 327385 (700 square metres, more or less) shall henceforth be known as Fred Muir Park".
"That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 45 DP 338763 (0.1449 hectares, more or less) shall henceforth be known as Schoolhouse Domain".
