Notice of Granting a Scheduled International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 87N (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988, and to a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 22 September 2004, notice is given that, having received an application from South African Airways, of Johannesburg, South Africa, John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Access and Services in the Ministry of Transport, has granted the airline a scheduled international air service licence to carry on seven code-share services per week for an indefinite term with effect from 25 August 2006.

Environmental Risk Management Authority
Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996
Notice of Intention to Issue Code of Practice
Pursuant to section 79 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environmental Risk Management Authority gives notice that it intends to issue a Code of Practice for the Management of Existing Stationary Container Systems up to 60,000 litres Capacity.
This code has been developed by the Environmental Risk Management Authority and sets out a means of compliance with the requirements of Schedule 8, clause 100 (2) (c), Schedule 9, clause 3 (1) (b) and Schedule 9, clause 4 (4) (d) of the Hazardous Substances (Dangerous Goods and Scheduled Toxic Substances) Transfer Notice 2004 (as amended) in respect of stationary tanks up to 60,000 litres capacity for the containment of hazardous substances that were:
β in use prior to 1 April 2004; or
β were designed and which construction had commenced by 1 April 2004.
A copy of the code can be inspected at the Wellington Office of ERMA New Zealand, Level One, BP House, 20 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
