Appointments to the Guardians Kaitiaki of the Alexander Turnbull Library

Pursuant to section 16 (2) of the National Library of New Zealand (Te Puna Mātauranga o Aotearoa) Act 2003, I am pleased to appoint

Elizabeth Caffin

as a guardian of the Alexander Turnbull Library for a term of two years; and

Professor Judith Binney
Dr Monty Soutar
Professor Mark Apperley

as guardians of the Alexander Turnbull Library for terms of three years.

I am also pleased to appoint

Lydia Wevers

as guardian and chairperson of the Alexander Turnbull Library for a term of two years.

The terms of appointment shall commence from the date of the publication of this notice.

Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101 (2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of Chevoit Holdings Limited (a company that was deregistered on 27 March 2006):

The sum of $11,000.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has been lodged by the W & J Roberts Trust, the sole shareholder of Chevoit Holdings Limited.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to W & J Roberts Trust, subject to no notice of a claim being received on or prior to 30 September 2006.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, P.O. Box 13-245, Tauranga (Attention: Ken Southam) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Take notice that I, John Henry Whitehead, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 325 of the Companies Act 1993, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, the reversionary interest of Her Majesty the Queen in the leasehold interests contained in L5977839.4 and L5977839.5, registered against the stratum in freehold estate Unit 161 and Accessory Units 123 and 173, DP 312917, held in CUTR 50943, North Auckland, the registered lessee and sub-lessee being Hudson (NZ) Management Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 4 March 2006.
