Declaring Land to be Reserve—Leask Street, Omakau, Central Otago District Council
In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegated authority under the Reserves Act 1977, the Central Otago District Council notifies that by resolution passed on 2 March 2005, the council resolved to declare the land, held in fee simple by council and described in the Schedule to be a reserve within the said Act and further declared it to be a local purpose (community) reserve.

Change of Classification of a Reserve

Classification and Naming of Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Act, and declares the scenic reserve is to be known as the Nukumea Scenic Reserve.

Resource Management Act 1991
Vesting of Reclamation
Under section 355 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister of Conservation vests the leasehold interest, more particularly described in the deed of lease dated the 27th day of January 2006, in the reclaimed Crown land, being the Bayswater Marina reclamation described in the Schedule to this notice in Bayswater Marina Developments Limited.
