Land Declared Limited Access Road—
State Highway No. 1 (State Highway No. 3),
Fagan Road, Manawatu District
Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981 and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand,
declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice
to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit
New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road
and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date
of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,

Reserves Act 1977
Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve
for Other Land
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community
Relations Manager of the West Coast Conservancy of
the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange
of the scenic reserve area described in the First Schedule for
the land described in the Second Schedule and further
specifies that the land in the latter Schedule be part of the
Ngakawau Scenic Reserve.

of Conservation authorises the exchange of the recreation
reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described
in the Second Schedule.
