shall not apply in respect of the following class of ship:

whilst laying course marks in the protected area designated
“Area 2 – Hauraki Gulf” subject to the conditions of the
written approval of Telecom New Zealand Limited dated
13 October 2005.

This notice comes into effect on and from the time of
publication of this notice on 12 January 2006.
